The project
Judi Boisson's existing ecommerce store was running on Magento 1 and needed to move to a modern platform without losing the existing catalog or disrupting the business.
What I did
I handled the migration to Shopify, including product and store data, domain setup and a redesign of the storefront. The job combined the visible design work with the less glamorous—but important—parts of moving an existing ecommerce business safely from one platform to another.
The result
The new store generated more than $30,000 in sales in its first month. It's one of the clearest examples in my freelance work where the engineering work had an immediate, measurable business outcome.
